Exercise for beautiful skin

Before even considering any cosmetic work on your body or skin, the first thing you can do to look younger is exercise.

Exercise will make you stronger, more flexible and give your body muscle tone. Exercise will also give you better posture. People who exercise regularly are healthier than couch potatoes. In those ways, it will make you "younger" no matter how old you are or how your skin looks. Keep up with regular exercise. It's worth it!
